Finding Nyah offers empowerment to children and adults via it's two branches;

I AM, for indivdual therapy

WE ARE, for group therapy

Both branches provide mental stimulation, emotional well-being, physical health, creativity expansion and mindset realignment, to enrich participants with the tools required to fuel their inner flames.

With a growing team of mentors, tutors and coaches each having lived experience of overcoming a life trauma or a few, the collaboration which is Finding Nyah; is the innovative sprout which grew from a seed called change!

Nyah is taken from the Nia to mean aim or purpose. Spelt with a slight adjustment in order to embrace our perfect imperfections.

Our Mission

A Communication Empowerment Charity, which serves communities by offering mentorship, workshops, events and coaching services for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Our first official course launched September 2020.

For the first time in history, we present to you a platform with free facilitated learning experiences for Home Educators and the home educated.

HE2gether Interactive home educating together, was created to try and combat the mental health implications of the sudden isolation created alongside the COVID pandemic, for our children.

We found that by sharing our study time virtually, we were able to create an environment which formed a social peer network and a cross generation family learning opportunity.
