It isn’t easy supporting anyone who is enduring ongoing suicidal thoughts so you need to get support yourself if you are doing so, you can do this by reaching out to a family member or friend or a service which specializes within this area, from personal experience, general, mental health services do not hold the capacity to support someone who is suicidal, as it requires instant, progressive support.

African Caribbean Mental Health Services is a community-based organisation providing free and confidential culturally appropriate services predominantly to African and African Caribbean communities as well as other minority groups including White Europeans with mental health needs aged 18 and over living in Manchester and surrounding areas

Women's Aid
We define domestic abuse as an incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive, threatening, degrading and violent behaviour, including sexual violence, in the majority of cases by a partner or ex-partner, but also by a family member or carer. It is very common.
In the vast majority of cases it is experienced by women and is perpetrated by men.
